Returns
Return requests will ONLY be considered within five (5) business days of receipt of the order and will not be accepted on personalized items. Personalization includes: names, numbers, chapters, crossing seasons etc. or anything other than a basic model. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if there is a manufacturer’s defect or an inaccuracy on the part of Custom Greeks in regards to the original order. We maintain the right to determine what is or is not a manufacturing defect. Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by the proper Return Authorization form and Return Authorization number.
All changes to orders must be done via email at customgreeks@outlook.com. If your order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
Custom Greeks, LLC uses the following carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping is typically estimated at 1-3 days, but it is not guaranteed.
Custom Greeks, LLC will not be responsible for any damages made during shipment.
Custom Greeks, LLC will not be responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, incorrect address, or acts of God.
Production Times
Almost all Custom Greeks, LLC items are made to order. That means we start making it once you order it and approve any custom design work. We are not simply pulling the item off of a shelf and sending it to you.
Production times do not include shipping times.
Sewn items typically take three (3) weeks. This time will be extended during crossing season.
Once payment has been received, our estimated production time is approximately 15, 30, or 45 business days depending on what item you ordered.
Payment
No work will proceed until payment is received and cleared.
Photo Release
The customer consents to this release: I grant to Custom Greeks, LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs taken of me or in which I may be included with others, without compensation, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if the company so chooses. I release and discharge Custom Greeks, LLC and its affiliates from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Custom Greeks, LLC.

Customers are responsible for providing the following information :spellings, shipping information, must have dates, and any other customized requests.
