How do I care for my items that I purchased? Heat seal and transfer image garments. Wash in cold water. Let air dry. DO NOT iron over letters or image. If light ironing is necessary, turn garment inside out and make sure ironing board is placed between front and back.  Sewn items   Jackets: Wash in cold water. Let air dry. It's best to remove prior to spin cycle to cut down on wrinkling. Shirts: Can be washed the same way as your other laundry

What is the normal turn around on items? Wooden items - 2-3 weeks depending on the item. Rush charges will apply to items needed before that time frame.
